2 cups Water
Crushed Dry ginger – small piece
½ teaspoon Black pepper powder
½ tablespoon Coffee Powder
10 Basil leafs
½ teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
1 ½ tablespoons Jaggery
- Boil 2 cups of water in a saucepan
- Add jaggery to this until it dissolves in water
- Add coffee powder, crushed dry ginger, cardamom, pepper and cumin seeds
- Let it boil for 3-4 minutes.
- Add basil/Tulsi leaves to this and boil it for another 2 minutes
- Once done, strain this to coffee cups and enjoy
