Apple Cinnamon Tea

Apple is one of the most favorite fruit for all. This winter why don’t you brew tea with apple and a pinch of cinnamon? The floral taste of apple with the sweet taste of cinnamon is going to make your cells active and stimulated throughout the day!

3 medium apples

1 cinnamon stick

2 teaspoons sugar


Toss the apple pieces in a small pot of boiling water.

Add the cinnamon stick and sugar.

Let simmer for about 10 minutes.

Strain out the peels.


Chocolate Chai

Melted chocolate in milk topped with marshmallows or shaved chocolate is the best sip you can have on a cold morning.  Besides its taste, chocolate chai can keep you warm for the entire day.

Milk – 2 cup

Tea Powder – 3 tsp

Sugar to taste

Cocoa Powder – 2 tsp


Take all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring it to a boil.

Simmer for 2 to 3 mins.

Strain it and serve hot.

Pumpkin puree


Vanilla extract

Pumpkin spice blend: ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground cloves, ground nutmeg

Milk (any kind)



In a saucepan, mix pumpkin spice blend to pumpkin puree while the heat is on low.

Add salt if needed to boost the savory and sweet flavors.

Dip tea bag in milk

Add the pumpkin mix to milk tea.

Brew the tea for five minutes on the stovetop with the heat on low.

Serve hot.
