Ingredients
Crushed Fennel Seeds – 1 tsp
Hot Water- 1 cup
Method of Preparation
Take a milk pan and add crushed fennel seeds to it
To this add boiling water and mix well
Cover it with a lid and keep it aside for 5 minutes
Strain the water and drink the tea immediately.
Tulsi Tea

Ingredients
Tulsi leaves – 8 to 10 leaves
Water – I cup
Honey – 1 tbsp
Method of preparation
Take a milk pan and add water to it
Add Tulsi leaves to it and bring it to boil
Slow down the flame and let it simmer for 6-7 minutes to get the complete juice from leaves.
When the mix turn light brown colour, switch off the flame
Strain and when it turns lukewarm, add honey to it
Stir well and enjoy.

2 cups water
15 mint leaves
1 to 2 teaspoons sugar (or honey)

Bring the water to a boil.
Remove from the heat and add the fresh mint leaves.

In a saucepan, add water and black pepper
